Return costs are borne by the customer, LITO & LITA provides the second shipment in case of exchange.
Upon receipt of your package, we will send you an e-mail confirming the receipt by us.

In the case of a refund request, it will be made within 14 days of the receipt of your items and automatically to the account associated with the credit card used for payment or the PayPal account used for payment.
